Beta Testing: Everyone who is playing right now is a Chaotic Beta tester!
Since we are in our Beta phase and some of you may be new to Beta’s, I’d like to take a moment to explain what that means. While in Beta, Chaotic is not yet a finished product. Most online games are never truly in a completed state, as work is constantly taking place to test and fix issues and add consistently new content. This is especially true during Beta, when there are usually more bugs (gameplay features that are not working as intended) and issues than what you would normally see in a final product. Please keep this in mind while you play, because we are working very hard to resolve any bugs and issues that come up so that your play experience will improve and so that new players will not run into the same problems you have experienced.
Your role as a Chaotic Beta tester is a very important one! We rely upon all of our early Chaotic Beta participants to help us make this a great game for our Consumer Launch. Every bug you find, and report in our "Bug Report" forum, is one step closer to helping us perfect our Chaotic online game for our Consumer Launch in February! Your feedback and suggestions, in our "Feedback and Suggestions" forum, impact the final game too!
Another really great part of being a Chaotic Beta tester is that you will be eligible to enter in a drawing for super cool Chaotic prizes to be awarded once we complete our Beta and officially launch the game commercially!
Below you will find an updated list of “Most Important Dates,” information about our exciting new “Chaotic Wednesday Rewards,” as well as our weekly “Chaotic Wednesday Update”:
• Every Tuesday, we will post what special updates will occur on “Chaotic Wednesdays.”
• Every Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, between 10pm and 4am PST, the site and game will undergo maintenance and updates.
• Be sure to check the site every “Chaotic Wednesday” for new content, functionality, game play, and more!
UPDATED: Most Important Dates
• November 29th
--> 3v3 Creature Army Combat (Although initially planned for release on December 19th, the developers have been working extra hard to bring 3v3 combat early since it’s the most requested feature for the game and we’ve been really listening to our Chaotic Community! This will also make the games more fun, last longer, and make trading for that right card even more challenging.)
• December 12th
--> Locations (Although there isn’t technically a ruleset within Chaotic for combat that includes Locations and NOT Mugic, please keep in mind that we are in Beta and this is one of those slightly out of the ordinary things that can happen during Beta.)
• January 16th
--> Mugic – 3v3 Master Rules (This is the big “Mugic Reprise!” so to speak. Once Mugic is added, the game is complete for 3v3 combat!)
• February 6th
--> 6v6 Creature Army Combat – 6v6 Master Rules (This update will really make the games last a long time! Our testing has shown that we expect 6v6 matches to last about an hour a match.)
• February 27th
--> Official Launch – End of Beta (Yep, this is the long awaited launch! No more Beta and hopefully no more bugs! For those of you who stick with us through Launch, you will be eligible for entry into a drawing for some super cool prizes!)
NEW: Capture the Scan – “Chaotic Wednesday Rewards!”
• Starting next Wednesday, December 5th, players will be able to capture special creature cards that you can only get by playing on Chaotic Wednesdays!
• Each week we will select one existing creature and max out one of their discipline stats (Courage, Power, Wisdom, or Speed). All other stats (Courage, Power, Wisdom, Speed, and Energy) will still remain random.
• All you need to do to capture this uniquely powerful creature card is log in to ChaoticGame.com on a Wednesday (12:00am-11:59pm PST) and play at least one match. It doesn't matter if you win or lose, you just have to play! You will then be sent an email, within the next 48 hours, alerting you that your unique "Chaotic Wednesday Reward" card will automatically appear in your Card Collection by 11:59pm PST that Friday.
• You will only be able to capture one special “Chaotic Wednesday Reward” creature card each week, but you can play every Wednesday to get that week’s “Chaotic Wednesday Reward.”
• “Chaotic Wednesday Rewards” will be non-tradeable, unique, powerful, and a once in a lifetime opportunity! They will NEVER be offered again through “Chaotic Wednesday Rewards” or any other promotion. So be sure to start playing this Wednesday (and every Wednesday from then on) and capture them all!
Chaotic Wednesday Update: for November 28th
PLEASE NOTE: This week’s site update will occur on Thursday, so our servers will be brought down on Wednesday 11/28. Please see below for our "Chaotic Wednesday-even though it's happening on Thursday" Update Notes. 
Game Pad Updates (requires Chaotic Patcher to be run):
• Avatar Transition Animations
• 3v3 Creature Army Combat (3v3 Apprentice Rules)
--> All downloaded “Apprentice Decks” (aka free online sampler starter decks) will be automatically updated with 2 additional creatures and 2 additional battlegear.
--> Newly downloaded “Apprentice Decks” will now come with 3 creatures and 3 battlegear, along with the standard 20 attack cards.
--> Please refer to the updated Apprentice Deck listing in the following post: http://www.chaoticgame.com/Forum/Topic13346-5-1.aspx
--> As soon as you login to ChaoticGame.com on Thursday 11/29, if you have already downloaded the one-on-one game, your Chaotic Pad will update to allow you to play three-on-three combat!
Site Updates:
• 3v3 Creature Army Builder (3v3 Apprentice Rules)
--> 1v1 Creature Combat will be temporarily suspended and all combat will be 3v3.
--> The Mugic launch in January will see the return of the 1v1 option for combat.
Fixes:
• Welcome Sector
--> Swapped 3v3 image for welcome image.
--> Swapped animation image.
• Leagues Sector
--> Removed challenge button when not logged in.
--> Fixed ranking on details view.
• Forum Sector
--> Removed under dev for trade link.
--> Added link to learn sector.
• Store Locator
--> Updated /Edited list.
REMINDER: You MUST run the Chaotic Patcher after every "Chaotic Wednesday" Update before using the game pad again!
• The best way to do this is to either click on the “Chaotic” icon on your desktop or open the TC Digital folder from the Start menu.
• Run “Chaotic” (not the “Chaotic Pad”) from there.
• The Patcher will start updating.
• Once it is finished patching, you can start the game again!
